This portal provides 24-hour access to important information about the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project-Based Voucher (PBV) programs, which are administered by the State of New York through the NYS Housing Trust Fund. For example: - Applicants can start a new application for a Section 8 waitlist, or review the waitlists they've applied to and make updates to their application.
- Landlords or Property Managers can view information pertaining to issued payments, tenants, and inspections.
- Residents or participants can respond to requests for annual recertifications and securely send requested documents to their caseworker at their local housing office.

- You may apply online for Section 8 for the first time, or if you don't have an active application with the NYS Housing Trust Fund.
